Medisave is an ideally sized business of approximately 150 employees, with full and part-time positions. We are lucky to enjoy an idyllic location, having a wonderful site that overlooks the Country park in Weymouth, with glimpses of the sea and Dorset countryside. Our staff enjoy walking and cycling to the beach or town during their lunch break.

You will need to be friendly, efficient, and highly motivated with good organisation skills to ensure your workload is managed and all customers receive the best service possible.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Answering calls and dealing with enquiries professionally and during first contact where possible.
- Following up on any outstanding orders or queries, keeping the customer updated.
- Completing live chats with online customers.
- To communicate clearly with team members and other departments.
- You will be flexible to assist other colleagues with allocated jobs as required.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

You will have English language and Mathmatics GCSE or equivilent at a grade 4/C and customer service experience. Previous office experience is an advantage but not essential.

**WORKING PATTERN**

Monday to Friday 08:00-16:30 with 1 hour for lunch

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,425.00 per year
