Rawdons & Co. Ltd are currently recruiting for a Client Support our client based in Kings Cliffe, this is a temp to perm position for the right person.
Reports to Warehouse Supervisor
To provide an excellent front line customer service experience that focusses on delivering positive outputs, and which puts communities and customers at the heart of what we do.
To provide day to day management and support to the client administration team and to strive to improve and deliver a holistic front-line service to existing and prospective customers, you must always lead by example.

Work weekends and evenings if asked.
Help in the warehouse if needed.
Cover for Supervisor in their absence.
Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area and workstations neat.; Sweep, dust, and mop.
Always wears the appropriate PPE.
Works Closely with Compliance Officer to ensure all compliances are adhered to.
Any other reasonable duties as deemed by your manager. Decision-Making Authority Makes decisions based on company policies and procedures. Discusses and refers unresolved customer service issues with Supervisor.

Daily Duties
Release orders
Inputting Purchase orders
Inputting Transfers
Maintain accurate records or orders/purchase orders/transfers and their status.
Keeps tracks of orders on hold, and liaising with customer daily.
Using WMS for our client and their customers
Own Liaising through out the day with the customer and the warehouse team
Notifies management of any problems and solicits guidance and maintains corporate information flow.
Working Relationships
Internal Contacts This position interacts on a regular basis with all levels and departments within the Company.
External Contacts This position interacts daily with, all our clients customers
Hours are 08:30-16:30 Monday to Friday, paid 15 minute break and ½ hour unpaid break however you need to be flexible due to business needs.
Pay rate is £10.75 per hour.
