**Job Summary and key responsibilities**
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the LRG Learning & Development Team as a Trainee Trainer. This position offers a unique opportunity to embark on a rewarding career path in training and development. As a Trainee Trainer, you will work closely with experienced trainers to learn the necessary skills and techniques to deliver engaging and effective training programs. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sharing knowledge, possess excellent communication skills, and are eager to develop their abilities in a dynamic training environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist trainers in preparing and delivering training sessions.
- Learn to effectively communicate training materials to participants using a variety of instructional techniques.
- Shadow experienced trainers during training sessions to observe best practices and gain practical experience.
- Collaborate with team members to develop training materials, presentations, and resources.
- Provide support in organising training schedules, logistics, and participant registration.
- Assist in evaluating training effectiveness through learner feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.
- Supporting our Training Coordinator with our LMS (Learning Management System) day-to-day administration.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate others.
- Demonstrated passion for learning and development.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to study CIPD Level 3 Learning & Development Apprenticeship.
