Caremark is a wholly UK owned and operated home care franchise, which has established a successful UK based network of over 120 offices. With a reputation for excellence, we have remained one of the leading UK and international providers of home care services.

We are now looking to add a proactive and enthusiastic Software Trainer** **to our Software Support team, which is responsible for supporting the various care related software used throughout our franchise network. - Create a variety of training material in line with Caremark policies and procedure. These will consist of written documentation, videos, and courses. These will need continual updating as/when the software is updated.
- Conduct virtual and onsite workshops and webinars aimed at keeping the network updated with the latest changes relating to the software, and to address aspects which generate a high volume of support tickets.
- You may at times be required to deliver onsite training at a franchisee’s office and may need to attend network events/meetings.
- Be the inhouse expert and ensure you keep up to date with the latest developments regarding the software by attending the supplier’s webinars, liaising with our contacts and where necessary, attending training courses.
- Champion the software and motivate users who may be reluctant to embrace the software.
- Review feedback from trainees and surveys to continually improve training materials with the aim of achieving a high level of satisfaction.
- Partake in scoping and trialing new software which may be introduced to the network.
- Liaise with a variety of stakeholders as necessary such as when creating training materials to ensure they align with Caremark policies and procedures, and when escalating issues.
- Manage all administrative duties such as booking users onto courses, maintaining attendance records, and following up on any post course activities.
- You may at times be required to assist the Software Support team with support tickets during absences.
- From time to time, carry out duties that may fall outside the summary of the role at the request of the Directors that are within the scope and spirit of employment with Caremark.

**Person Specification**:

- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to remain positive and professional when handling challenging queries or objections.
- Able to work both independently and within a team environment.
- Have excellent attention to detail.
- Knowledge of domiciliary care would be beneficial.
- Be proficient in using Microsoft Office including Microsoft Teams.
- Capable of learning new software quickly.
- Able to engage and train a wide range of users.

**Salary**:£25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending upon experience
