Hours Mon-Fri 35-40per week (Flexible on start and finish time)
4 days office + 1 WFH

We have an excellent opportunity for a Financial Administrator to work for one of our well-established clients based in Mansfield
The position of Finance Administrator will involve:
- Assisting Estimators, Account Managers, Project Managers and Accounts department's within the business in relation to costings and invoicing
- Allocating detailed and multiple costs for jobs and creating invoices to clients
- Liaising closely with other departments within the business to verify and gather information with regards to costing and invoices
- Reporting on financial data to clients to support invoices
- Extracting data to produce financial reports
- Undertaking ad-hoc project work as required
- Good Excel skills
- Ability to track and extract data and produce reports
- Experience of invoicing, costing or estimating works through a management information systems is an advantage
- Excellent attention to details and accuracy
- Ability to liaise across all levels and areas of the business in order to trouble shoot and resolve issues
