You will be required to Analyse Macro
- Market, Competitor Strategy, Adviser business models and ownership/regulatory structures and behaviours. You will then develop insights into adviser business requirements and desires, competing offers and determine areas of competition which will enable you to create a clear view of Quilter’s competitive position and create Quilter’s market participation strategy.

You will design new capabilities across all adviser segments and develop a unified adviser proposition portfolio and narrative that leverages all proposition and distribution capabilities to maximum effect.

The role requires management and development of the Quilter Controlled Distribution (Network and National) propositions and the Quilter Independent Distribution proposition (platform services, adviser tooling, CIP/CRP, inter-generational wealth, fee collections and disclosures, adviser MI etc.) As well as design and maintenance of adviser user interfaces and adviser statements and reporting.

This role will be certified under the SMCR regime and therefore responsible for ensuring all activity complies with relevant regulations and legislation.

Proven leader that can demonstrate excellent judgement, drive and influence to bring about a step change in performance through challenging convention and nurturing innovation.

Substantial experience of the UK financial services market. Deep understanding of platforms and platform technology, UK tax products, UK regulation, financial planning systems/tools and the design of customer investment solutions.

Experience in dealing with Distribution, Change/IT/Customer Service/Risk/Finance functions, financial advisers, the FCA, 3rd party technology service providers.

Successful track record in engaging with advisers and designing adviser propositions, end-to-end journeys and the factors that materially impact the adviser businesses.

Skilled in analysis and insights, proposition design and development, the drafting and preparation of strategic business cases and in sponsoring complex multi-disciplinary projects.

IMC qualification, Wealth Management, or financial planning qualifications is essential
