About us:
Juventus Academy in Kuwait provides year-round professional football coaching for boys and girls aged 4-17. Our programme caters to all levels and abilities, from complete beginners to our competitive league squads. As an official Juventus Club academy, we deliver a world-renowned methodology that prioritise hollistic development and promotes a life-long love of the game.

About the role:
The primary focus is to deliver age and ability appropriate coaching sessions to a range of groups throughout the week. A typical week consists of 14-16 hours of practical pitch
- based coaching sessions, whilst the remaining time encompasses additional tasks to support the ongoing growth of the Academy, such as session and match-day planning, international trip planning and other general administration.

Through our partnership with Juventus, there is also additional opportunities to travel to Italy, to participate in the prestigious Juventus World Cup, as well as team training experiences and Juventus methodology coach education courses. In addition, the academy coach will be provided with a bespoke developmental plan, which incorporates regular coach education workshops, session observations and mentor feedback both internally and through regular coach education visits provided by Juventus.

About you:
Qualifications & certifications:
BSc or MSc degree in sport coaching or related field

UEFA B license or working towards

Basic First Aid for sport or equivalent

Child safeguarding certificate

Clean police check and/or DBS certificate

Full clean driving license (preferred, not essential)

Practical experience:
Minimum 3 years’ youth football coaching

Demonstrable experience working with young people of a variety of ages

Computer literate, with experience of undertaking basic administrative duties

Prior experience of working abroad in an international seYng is highly advantageous

Prior club or professional youth academy experience is advantageous

Personal characteristics:
Open-minded and curious about integrating into a unique culture

Adaptable, with the capacity to operate in a dynamic workplace

Ambitious about personal and professional growth and development

Committed to maintaining exceptional professional standards and upholding the values of the academy & Juventus FC
