iae GLOBAL London is an international education recruitment and management company for UK higher and further education institutions. As an education management company and agency, iae GLOBAL London has developed counselling services for international students to be supported when they consider entering and progressing to UK education institutions in a range of courses by a partnership with a number of UK universities and colleges.

**Salary**

Starting from £22,000 (depending on relevant experience) + incentive

The job includes but not limited to:

- This role focuses on sales part by leading, developing and growing iae GLOBAL London student numbers, mainly focuses on recruiting and consulting Chinese, Hong Kong, Taiwan students;
- In accordance with the work standards and service procedures stipulated by the company and the project, provide clients with consulting services for studying abroad and education planning;
- Maintain the relationship with clients and actively follow up potential clients;
- Actively participate in project promotion and marketing activities arranged by the company;
- Take over content creation for social media channels: Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, Little Red Bookabout education, UK universities, services iae provides and benefits for students, life in the UK, studying in the UK.
- Monitor social channels for trending news, ideas and memes, then capitalise on those trends through our social media accounts
- Collate, analyze and review own weekly and monthly sales activities and performance and present to the Sale Manager accurately and in a timely manner.
- Provide ongoing and frequent analysis and recommendations on all aspects of the market of responsibility which will have a short and long-term impact on student recruitment for the business
- Attend external events (fam trips, University visits, subagents, and students) as necessary
- After care service
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- At least 2 year experience in this role or in education consulting industry is essential
- Confident in speaking and writing in Chinese (Madarin) is an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure on their own or as a team.
- Result-orientated and able to work under pressure to achieve targets.
- An ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, students and other members of the public.
- Ability to learn on own initiative and research best study options for students.
- IT skills (Microsoft Office)

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
