Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the transformation of all our digital design to support and grow our sizeable digital channels. within the Internal Agency. You will work daily with the Digital Design Team, the Creative team and other departments to push the envelope of the design and capabilities of all online channels. Working with the Senior Marketing Manager, You will drive the creative innovation, quality and timely delivery of all digital design creative and production considering the customer journey in everything you do.. You will work collaboratively with the Production Manager and Creative Manager to deliver and lead cross functional projects and omni-channel campaigns. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key internal stakeholders, leading and mentoring the team in the delivery of technical digital assets as well as creative design.

**Key responsibilities**
- Leads the agency in being ‘digital first in all outputs and responses to challenges and briefs, working with the Senior Marketing Manager to drive the digital capabilities of the Internal agency.
- Beyond the agency, you will lead the change in moving the business to become digital first in everything we do and transforming the digital design capabilities within our internal marketing agency.
- You’ll play an integral role in shaping the digital design culture and processes and collaborate on big and meaningful design challenges.
- You will challenge all existing processes and push the boundaries of the possible heavily influencing - creative toolkits, concepts, system frameworks and commercial requirements to support the team in delivering best in class digital creative.
- You are a strategic thinker and balance UX/ UI with commerciality and targets. You’re decisive and able to lead multiple stakeholders from the front.
- You are passionate about the customer and their online experience across all online channels, ensuring we maximise their experience and the business’s commercial objectives.
- You will be a talented designer, and curious about exploiting the boundaries of systems as we well as interrogating data to drive informed decision making. You’re driven and inspired by great ideas from the industry and beyond.
- You will be the go-to person to forge the gap between creative concepts and ecommerce content teams, ensuring a creative and seamless execution of all our customer campaigns and messages across our digital channels.
- You will work closely with the Strategic UX & Digital Design Manager, the Senior Trading Manager and their teams to push forward an aligned strategic development plan for all online channels that helps drive our digital growth.
- You will support the Digital design team in identifying needs to deliver engaging and effective creative to help drive the system development needs.
- You are an excellent problem solver and have a fantastic knowledge of the digital retail space. This, balanced with a commercial mind and a voice for the customer, you will support the team in delivery in the most effective ways possible.

- including migration of App, ROI/ France to Bloomreach as well as supporting if required on In Store Digital Browse. Considers the impact on site speed in all creative designs and optimises assets to ensure no impact on key commercial metrics.
- Creates and manages the digital playbook for all online channels ensuring all creative adheres to the guidelines.
- Works with creative team to support and challenge level of creative delivery in concepts across channels.
- Develop the standards and guidelines for measuring design outcomes.
- You will bridge production and traditional offline production together to deliver assets that are in line with omni channel campaigns.
