We are looking for a Student Progress Mentor to develop the skills of students who are disengaging following referrals from tutors. To liaise with relevant specialist colleagues to create, co-ordinate and implement a support plan for identified students with clear targets.

This role requires an organised approach to work, with the ability to work on own initiative and to manage a complex caseload. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with students, staff and parents/carers.
