Facilities Dispatch Operator

**We have a new Facilities Dispatch Operator opportunity available at the QEQM Hospital in Margate.**

**This is a full time permanent position working 5 out of 7 days per week on rota. Shifts include: 6am to 2pm & 2pm to 10pm**

**Salary: £22,383 per year**

**Summary of Role**:
The role will report into the Porter Manager of the site and will be primarily responsible for managing a comprehensive facilities helpdesk dispatching service, supporting all soft Facilities Management which includes domestic, portering and logistics services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To provide a friendly, efficient and courteous service to both internal and external customers, demonstrating high standards of customer service at all times.
- To act as a key contact and representative of the Soft facilities management services when working with the client and their staff, ensuring that good relationships are developed and maintained.
- To respond to all service requests in compliance with the agreed performance indicators, dispatching service resources productively and effectively using the 'Agility' Computed Aided Facilities Management system.
- Ensure that information and activity data is input in a timely and accurate manner, supporting prioritisation of service demands and outcomes.
- To fully co-operate with other staff, and actively participate as part of the team to ensure efficient running of the Soft FM services.
