We’re looking for an experienced and well-trained Barista, with a keen interest in speciality coffee, who can help us to deliver fantastic coffee and great customer service.

You’ll be working in a friendly and independent bakery and coffee shop: serving hot and cold drinks alongside our all-day brunch and lunch menu, as well as our range of hand-crafted sweet and savoury pastries. Ideally you would also have an interest / experience in helping to develop our in-house daytime and evening drinks offering.

We’ll provide you with the tools you need to be the best Barista in town:

- Two-group La Marzocco machine
- Award-winning freshly roasted speciality coffee sourced from the local area
- Training with the roasters
- Grind on demand grinder
- Your own space to create

In return, we’ll be looking for you to provide:

- Service with a smile
- Consistent calibration of your espressos
- Attention to detail
- Creativity
- Training for our barista team
- Reliability and responsibility

The coffee shop is located in Great Malvern, with beautiful views across Worcestershire - which as Barista you get to look out on every day.

The role would ideally be full-time, but we can be flexible on this. However, at least one day a weekend is a necessity.
