**The Role**

We are an all-in-one utility concierge looking to appoint a driven and hard-working Customer Service and Sales Representative to our friendly and growing team.

The role has a focus on inbound soft sales, supported by fantastic customer service - our customers want us to help them and we get great reviews. All of our customers and leads are ‘warm’, so the role doesn’t require any cold calling. Who even does that these days?

During the training and onboarding process, this role will be based in our office at the biscuit factory in Bermondsey. However, once your 2-week training period is complete, the role will be remote/office hybrid in-line with the rest of our team (i.e. 1-2 days in office, 3-4 days remote).

**Key Responsibilities**

The key responsibilities of a Customer Service and Sales Representative include, but are not limited to:

- Completing your training, as quickly and efficiently as possible
- Setting up accounts with our supplier partners, and clearly setting expectations for customers with regard to wait times and supplier behaviour
- Providing some administrative support across marketing, sales and operations

Our service allows any relocating individual or family to seamlessly arrange all of their essential home services in one transaction, faster and easier than they could do so themselves and often at better than market rates.

We partner with professionals in the movers market to save them valuable time and money related to the set-up, transfer and close down of utilities. Using Please Connect Me allows our partners to significantly reduce their administrative expenses while providing a more complete service to their home move clients.

We work with the majority of the UK’s leading service providers, to ensure our customers can make informed and impartial choices that best suit their households.

**The Benefits**
- Base salary is £21,200pa
- Once onboarding is complete and you are confirmed as a “Connections Expert” you will gain access to individual performance incentives, as well as potential salary uplift dependent on performance
- Uncapped commission and first-year OTE of between £26,000 - £38,000pa, with top performers expected to exceed this range
- Individual supplier bonuses on top of this, expected to be £2000-£3000pa

**The Person**

The key skills and qualities of a Customer Service and Sales Representative are:

- Minimum requirement - completion of GCSE’s A* - C or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable multi-tasking
- You are motivated by working towards targets and have a natural inclination towards sales
- You appreciate the role that strong customer service plays in sales and strive to build relationships with customers to ensure they convert
- You’re driven to succeed both individually and as part of a team.
- The right to live and work in the UK. Visa status must be disclosed at screening stage.

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£38,000.00 per year

The team implement strict Covid-19 measures to keep the team safe, we have tests, masks and hand sanitizer on site and mandate WFH when required.

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
