Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service while promoting energy-efficient heating solutions? Do you possess in-depth knowledge of gas regulations and central heating systems? If so, The Edinburgh Boiler Company has an exciting opportunity for you as a Heating Solutions Specialist.
Role Overview: As a Heating Solutions Specialist, you will play a crucial role as the first point of contact for our customers, guiding them through the process of purchasing a new boiler and other heating products. Your primary focus will be on providing outstanding customer service, offering expert advice, and converting potential leads into sales. Additionally, you will contribute to business growth by generating opportunities from our existing customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Conversion: Proactively make outbound calls to potential customers, identifying opportunities, overcoming objections, and converting leads into successful sales.
On-site Consultations: Conduct home visits to potential clients, providing expert advice, and delivering detailed quotations based on gathered information.
Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with gas safe regulations, manufacturer specifications, and heating system variants to offer the best solutions to customers.
Team Support: Collaborate with colleagues in other departments when required to meet the business's needs.
**Requirements**:
Technical Expertise: Possess comprehensive knowledge of boilers, gas systems, and heating technologies.
Customer-Focused: Driven by a passion for customer service, ensuring clients receive exceptional value and support throughout the buying process.
Sales Drive: Motivated and results-oriented, with a keen interest in sales and a desire to excel in the heating sector.
Adaptability: Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple tasks efficiently and meeting deadlines.
Mobility: Possess a full UK driving license and willingness to travel to customer locations.
