**Who we are looking for**:
A Customer Payments Supervisor who will join an ever evolving, challenging and diverse area of the Operation where no two days are the same.

As this is a leadership role, you will be responsible for the development of your own team. You will be monitoring, investigating and analysing payment methods across multiple countries, escalating finding to Senior Management and external payment providers where necessary.

The Customer Payments team is an integral area of the business that offers a great opportunity to network with a number of operational and development teams, as well as third party providers.

Relevant training will be provided on all aspects of the role, focusing specifically on your communication and analytical skills, whilst keeping the customer at the forefront of your mind.

- Investigating and analysing payment issues affecting individual or multiple customers, identifying the cause and impact, completing testing as required.- Escalating issues with internal departments and dedicated external payment providers.- Effectively communicate ongoing issues to all key individuals around the business via suitable channels.- Supporting management in completion of ad hoc tasks and projects.- Supervising and supporting the Customer Payments team.- Driving change to ensure issue management remains to the highest standard throughout any business changes.**Want to become part of the team?**:
