HR Manager

We are recruiting a HR Manager for a local manufacturing business based in Royston. This brand has an interesting portfolio of customers, and they are a business who invest in technology for future growth.
Employing around 80 people with plans of steady growth.
This role is stand-alone reporting to the Finance Director where you will have sole responsibility for the whole HR function.
You will be CIPD qualified, ideally level 7 with effective communication skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Managing 1 person, you will also manage and develop HR projects as well as the day-to-day operational HR including recruitment, employee relations, well-being and engagement.
**The role requires you to be on site 5 days a week and you will have previously worked in a manufacturing environment or in an environment where employees work shifts.**
