HR Advisor

**HR ADVISOR, £25 PER HOUR PAYE, 6 MONTH CONTRACT MOST LIKELY TO EXTEND, 37.5 HOURS PER WEEK, HYBRID WORKING 2 DAYS ONSITE, BASE LOCATION FLEXIABLE BETWEEN SWINDON, BILLINGHAM, FARRINGDON, AND ROYSTON**

**Responsibilities**
- Influence and coach business leaders and people managers in the delivery of key HR activities to develop leadership skills and people management capability.
- Build and maintain effective relationships across the organisation, working closely with business leaders and people managers and seeking regular feedback to ensure that the requirements of the business are being met
- Undertake ad hoc project work and provide project support to the broader People Services Team.
- Collect, analyse, and provide all relevant stakeholders with monthly insights into casework and HR advisory activity in line with agreed KPIs.
- Support organisation design and development initiatives i.e., restructures, redundancies and TUPEs by working with business leaders, HR Managers/Senior HRBPs, and the Union.
