Sales Channel Controller

**About The Role**:
The Sales Channel Controller will have full ownership and accountability for the P&L of the one of our sales channels across AAH, Trident and Enterprise.
The role holder will be responsible for developing the business plan and working with the commercial and operational teams to ensure that the correct strategies are being deployed and targets are being met, and they will lead the effective cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement to ensure the P&L is delivered and the appropriate level of ‘buy-in’ is achieved from internal stakeholders
The controller will be a recognised stakeholder across the sector and engage with pharmacy political organisations such as AIM, NPA, and have the gravitas to maintain long-term professional relationships with senior stakeholders across the sector.

**About You**:
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Experience of being targeted directly and being accountable for the commercial objectives of a Business Unit/Business Performance, and strong track record of successful performance, ideally owner of a P&L
- In depth understanding of the Pharmaceutical Industry, preferably within Generics and Wholesale, and technology and business drivers, and operationally and commercially focused.
- Previous experience of managing a team, and strong leadership skills in managing, motivating, and coaching a diverse team.
- Excellent stakeholder management at all levels, and be able to flex, adapt and relate to diverse situations and people.
- Experience working in a complex wholesale/pharma environment.
- Adaptable approach with the ability to manage complexity and deal with fast moving issues in real time.
- Strategic thinking, who can recognize opportunities and risks or the business, and put into place the necessary actions to achieve successful results.
