The role of Change Co-ordinator is really important to us. You’ll report into our Service Lifecycle Manager and play a key role in supporting the IT change process. You’ll assist the Change Manager in managing and co-ordinating IT change requests and ensure no disruption to operational IT services. If you’ve got the right behaviours and transferable skills this would be a great opportunity to move into Service Management.

This role will be based in one of our hub offices - Manchester, Cardiff or Reading - however, you will be able to work a blend of both home and office each week. You’ll be made to feel part of your new team by your Line Manager, and colleagues through regular contact and virtual interaction.

**What would your day look like?**
- Own the initial review and assessment of change requests
- Support the management of changes through their lifecycle from submission through to implementation and closure.
- Assist the Change Manager with the Change Advisory Board (CAB).
- Advise and assist all teams in coordinating changes across all environments, including identifying any risks and conflicts
- Produce monthly reports for change management, and report to the Change Manager and SDM any changes/events that will impact the business operations
- Advise all relevant stakeholders of change implementation
- Champion the change management process and continually seek to improve the efficiency and effectiveness processes

**What do we expect of you?**
- Experience from a 1st and 2nd line analytical IT role
- Excellent administration, coordination and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and process driven
- Able to cope in a challenging environment and respond calmly and rationally whilst maintaining a positive attitude.
- Must be able to use own in initiative, be flexible and proactive.
- Self-motivated and able to manage conflicting priorities.
- Team Player
- Good understanding of IT terminology
