Supply Teach seek passionate **Teaching Assistants (TA's)** to join secondary academy in Chesterfield. You'll play a vital role in supporting pupils who are at risk of exclusion or have already been excluded, helping them re-engage with learning and reach their full potential.

- Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons for small classes (2-6 students).
- Work one-on-one with pupils to address their individual needs.
- Provide support during breaks and lunchtimes.
