Are you a passionate Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) seeking an exciting opportunity to work on a temporary basis? Look no further We have an incredible opportunity available at Lynfield Mount Hospital, Bradford, West Yorkshire.

As a Band 5 RMN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to patients with mental health conditions. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. This role requires excellent clinical skills, a compassionate approach, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Assessing patients' mental health and developing individualized care plans
- Administering medications and carrying out treatments as prescribed
- Monitoring and recording patients' progress and responses to treatment
- Providing emotional support and guidance to patients and their families
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care
- Participating in group therapy sessions and facilitating therapeutic activities
- Adhering to the Trust's policies and procedures, as well as relevant legal and ethical standards

To excel in this role, you must possess:

- A valid NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A non-judgmental and empathetic approach to patient care
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to the changing needs of the service
