We are looking for a highly motivated Booking Advisor to join a busy after sales team in Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent. As part of the Aftersales Team, you will provide support and assistance by booking customer vehicles in for service and MOT’s. This will be telephone lead through both inbound and outbound telephone activities. Another part of the role will be to communicate suitable aftercare products or services to customers. You will have the responsibility to meet both the franchise and company standards in a service department booking environment. Your duties will include: - Responding positively to customer telephone enquiries relating to service and repairs - Proactively contacting existing customers to discuss and book their service and MOT - Establishing customers drop off and collection requirements or arranging alternative transport where necessary - Ensuring service bookings and appointments are managed efficiently and meet set manufacturer criteria - Upsell additional products to customers, such as seasonal products and extras What we’re looking for: - Target driven and motivated - Previous experience in a similar role - Can confidently handle conflicting demands - Friendly and professional manner with a smart appearance - Excellent communication and IT skills - Excellent customer service and sales skills - Team player - Systematic, organised and detail orientated - Honest, respectful and diligent - Computer literate - Strong customer service skills and outlook
