We're looking for Receptionist to join our Corporate Estate team based in Rushden, Northamptonshire.
**Location**: Brindley Close, Rushden, NN10.
**Contract**: Permanent, Part-time. Thursday & Friday 08:00 - 17:00.
**What will you be responsible for?**
As Receptionist, you'll be working within the Corporate Estate team, supporting them in providing a service to Kier businesses located on site.
Your day to day will include:
- Switchboard - incoming & outgoing calls.
- Meet & greet visitors and staff.
- Card access support.
- Assisting with incoming & outgoing mail/parcels.
- General administration support to management & colleagues including raising purchase orders, processing invoices, raising work instructions and contract purchase agreements.
**What are we looking for?**
This role of Receptionist is great for you if:
- Strong customer service skills and experience with the ability to work in a friendly and confident manner.
- Organisation and time management skills.
- An efficient and professional approach with the ability to multi-task within a busy. environment.
- Experience in using Microsoft packages.
- Experience in administration support.
