- Bring casework experience to complex situations
- With colleagues across skillsets and continents, our Employee Relations casework can be complex, but you’re up to the task. As a growing leader, you’ll use your knowledge and experience to inspire a culture of continuous improvement, and develop casework strategies that help us support colleagues and manage financial and reputation risk. Whether it’s employment tribunals, supporting on health and welfare matters or engaging trade unions, you’ll guide your team to provide a prompt, efficient service.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience

Essential
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience
- Strong employee relations experience and employment law knowledge;
- Strong influencing and communication skills;
- Project management and organisational change experience;
Desirable
- Awareness of civil service HR policies and controls;
- People Management experience
- Project Management experience
