In this role you'll support the Sales Director in managing inbound, and nurturing existing, opportunities. You will be the only person in this role, so the chance to grow and develop is there. This role has the opportunity to lead into managing the whole sales process which comes with further financial benefits.

**The Role**

As a Salesperson at HardHats, you will be the first point of contract for all inbound leads. Your responsibilities will include:

- Qualifying inbound leads.
- Nurture opportunities through our tried and tested process.
- Arranging closing calls for the Sales Director.
- Follow up on warm leads.
- Prospecting suitable construction companies.
- Executing daily tasks outlined in our CRM.
- Working with the Customer Experience Manager to ensure smooth onboarding on new customers.
- Supporting Marketing efforts, both online and face-to-face.

- Experience in chairing video calls.
- The ability to work independently and make confident decisions.
- Strong initiative and a keen eye for detail.
- A knack for working to and meeting targets
- The ability to manage daily activities related to nurturing opportunities
- Comfort with recording videos for lead generation

**What we offer**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 27.5 - 40 per week
