We are looking for a Bartender to join The River Cafe team.

Our colleagues are from all backgrounds and share a familial approach in order to deliver a professional yet informal Michelin service style that reflects the restaurant's light environment, open kitchen and beautiful riverside setting.

Inspired by the changing produce and ingredients available throughout the year, Michelin-starred chef Ruth Rogers brings a fresh, creative and seasonal approach to Italian cuisine. Our talented sommelier team chooses the best wines available from all regions of Italy.

As a **Bartender** you will be responsible for:
Creating genuine emotional bonds with guests, in order to build loyalty and create exceptional service experiences.

Creating renowned memorable experiences for all our guests.
- Have experience in a similar role within a busy London restaurant.
- Have a strong knowledge of cocktail making and spirits
- Have some knowledge of Italian wines
- Ability to work well under pressure with strong attention to detail in a fast paced environment.
- Be a team player who is an avid learner and adaptable with a welcoming personality.
- Immaculate personal presentation.
- Show sincere commitment to The River Cafe and our familial approach to informal delivery of Michelin service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.00-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
