Utilities Administrator

As a Utilities Administrator you will be managing the day-to-day incoming inbox as well as internal data for Utilities, making sure that everything is up to date. Arranging appointments for any installations or meter exchanges. Liaising with internal departments gaining information to support the team/various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Communicating with the main energy bodies: suppliers, DNO and National database (ECOES).
- Providing support for various projects within the department.
- Liaise with other departments and external contractors.
- Looking after the database and important documentation.
- Supporting the team with any ad hoc tasks.

**This role is Part Time - 20 hours per week on site, ideally Monday to Friday (options can be discussed).**
**Qualifications**
- Prior experience within administration is essential.
- Experience using MS Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise work and meet tight deadlines.
- Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with various levels of management within the organisation, and external contractors.
- Ability to work closely in a team environment as well as individually.
