We require a full time receptionist to join our established, small and friendly private practice in the village of Duston, Northampton. As a patient care coordinator, you will be a key member of the dental team; from the first phone call to the completion of treatment, you will be there to fully support the patient’s needs. You may also be supporting the dentist with various admin roles and be in charge of delivering outstanding customer service to all patients.

Social media and marketing knowledge is a must for this role as you will be responsible for our social media platforms.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: £19,700.00-£22,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Northampton, NN5 6JF: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Dental receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
