**Who we’re looking for**:
Are you a passionate and driven Marketing Executive? Do you want to work for a growing national group and deliver creative marketing solutions for 3 unique brands? We are looking for an experienced and result driven marketing executive to join our growing marketing team. You will be responsible for championing the group’s website activity and reporting, whilst driving SEO performance and delivering UX best practice.

The Marketing Executive role will be crucial in helping the marketing team achieve its long-term goals of positioning Ventro Group as thought leaders within our industry. We’re excited to speak with those that have a passion for marketing and can bring some additional expertise to the expanding marketing team. You will be an excellent team player with strong planning and organisational skills, and the ability to demonstrate a pragmatic, focused approach to work.

This position would be an ideal opportunity for anyone wishing to take their previous marketing knowledge or experience to the next level, or for someone interested in experiencing marketing for a national company.

The marketing team allocate2 hours per week for personal development, recognising the importance of staying informed about the latest developments and updates.

**Day-to-day** **tasks**
- Drive the performance of each of the 3 websites across the Group and ensure website content matches keyword strategies.
- Contributing to the planning and delivery of promotional activity/events.
- Design new website pages and additions and maintain the current websites(including other Ventro brands)
- Report on findings for web analytics and other KPI’s (traffic, keywords, SEO performance)
- Creative tasks to support the Brand Manager and the wider marketing team.
- Implement Landing Pages for events and white papers.
- Upload blogs and update timelines for each website
- Optimise content for SEO performance.
- Enforce site standards around design, brand & accessibility.

Make recommendations to optimise site navigation and page templates based on site metrics and industry best practice.

**Essential Skills & Qualifications**:
Excellent interpersonal skills
Use of website software for content management and proficiency in graphic design packages
Excellent communication skills and a friendly personality
Good organisational and administrative skills
Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team, with a ‘can do’ attitude.

**Desired Knowledge**

Knowledge of SEMrush & SEO

Knowledge of HubSpot, WordPress, Wix or equivalent

Knowledge of adobe creative suite

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
