Role Overview:

Are you an experienced Marketing Executive, Marketing Coordinator, or Account Manager looking for a new challenge in the Plymouth area? We have an exciting opportunity for a diligent and proactive individual to join our in-house marketing team. As a Marketing Executive, you will bring your marketing skills, knowledge, and ideas to support Vospers Sales divisions. No automotive experience is necessary youll learn the industry on your journey with us.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Work with the team to plan, implement, and report on marketing activities across Vospers brands and locations.
  • Event Planning: Organise both external and internal events.
  • Customer Communications: Create and distribute customer communications via email, letter, and SMS.
  • Digital Marketing: Maintain and update our digital channels, including our website, social media, and partner sites.
  • Content Creation: Support the Social Media and Content Coordinator in creating engaging content for multiple social media channels.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers through various platforms to enhance brand loyalty and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a full-service marketing department, agency, or similar role.
  • Motivated and confident with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Attentive to detail and quality of work.
  • Passionate about delivering great service.
  • Desirable: Graphic design skills and experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining professional relationships.
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills with the ability to manage deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams).
  • Full driving license.

Salary: £26,200

Hours: Full Time (Mon-Fri / 8:30am-5:30pm)

Location: Marsh Mills, Plymouth, Devon
