We are currently looking for a Sales Coordinator (Part-Time)

**Cardiac Services** was founded in Belfast in 1969 and is at the forefront of supplying and supporting diagnostic and measurement equipment in the Irish and UK Healthcare markets. The Company's focus is mainly on ICU, Coronary Care, Operating Theatre and Maternity departments. The business comprises a number of Divisions with Pre-hospital specialising in the supply of AEDs, training devices and primary care/GP supplies. The Hospital Division is mainly focused on Patient Monitoring, Cardiology, Surgical Scopes, Clinical Information Systems and Fetal monitoring. The Service division provides support for products supplied by several sister companies in the SISK Healthcare group as well as those supplied by Cardiac Services.

**The Role**

**Key Outcome**
- Meet and exceed customer expectations, providing exceptional service and support in a professional, knowledgeable, timely manner, as first internal point of contact for the customer.
- Daily support of 2 designated Territory Manager in all aspects of sales.
- Proactively and professionally respond and manage customer calls/queries.
- Process and manage Sales Orders and Purchase Orders timely and accurately, ensuring customer commitments are met, keeping customers informed on order status and liaising with suppliers on deliveries.
- Provide Quotations to customers in a timely manner, to a professional standard.
- Nurture and maintain a positive relationship with principles and suppliers.
- Actively contribute to a very positive team environment and performance.
- Other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
- Execute the core business processes effectively and efficiently, while also contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging the use of KPI’s

**Key Skills & Experiences**
- 2-3 years’ experience in a Customer Care role is essential, preferably in a Healthcare environment.
- Experience with order processing, invoicing and quotations
- Knowledge and experience of all aspects of the role as outlined.
- Customer Orientation: exceptional service to meet and exceed customers’ expectations
- Results Orientation: Deliver measurable results. Makes and Meets Commitments
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding set KPI’s and targets
- Attention to Detail, ensuring work is executed accurately and completely
- Demonstrates energy, real initiative and ability to work independently
- Microsoft Excel knowledge essential. Description of work completed in Excel and proficiency level required.
