**Senior Event Producer**

Are you an established events professional with creative flair, the confidence to be different and enthusiasm to deliver head turning live, hybrid and virtual events? An established events agency based in Manchester, has redefined the industry since its inception in 2012.

Working with an established and growing client base you will work with stakeholders, delivering outstanding events across: corporate, consumer, experiential and activations.

**Experience We Need**:
To thrive in this role, you should possess:

- Proven expertise in crafting both live and virtual experiences
- Outstanding planning and project management skills, along with process improvement abilities
- Demonstrated team leadership prowess, efficiently managing diverse tasks and priorities
- Proficiency in constructing compelling proposals and presentations, adept at closing sales opportunities
- Effective problem-solving aptitude, even under pressure
- A customer-centric mindset, adept at balancing client and agency objectives

**The Role**:
As the Senior Events Producer, you will lead:

- Client engagement, nurturing robust relationships and strategic guidance
- Comprehensive event project management from conception to completion
- Coordination with external suppliers to ensure impeccable event delivery
- Financial oversight, aligning events with budgets and profit targets
- Team management, fostering the growth of your direct reports
