Malvern, United Kingdom Sense Full time

Looking for a new challenge?
You don’t need any previous experience to become a Support Worker with Sense. We’ll give you full training for our part time and full time roles at our residential service in Malvern, Worcestershire.
This is a permanent role, with contracts available for up to 37.5 hours per week. As a Support Worker at Malvern, you will receive £11.75 per hour/ £22,913 per annum. Set at the foot of the beautiful Malvern Hills, there are some lovely walks and picnic areas that we like to use. We are an active bunch, and we enjoy being out and about. We go cycling, horse riding, to hydro and music sessions, to cinemas and theatres and pubs. We enjoy holidays away, visits to and from family and day trips out all over the place.
We like to be involved at home too, and enjoy cooking, baking, arts and crafts and pamper sessions, and we love being in the garden doing jobs or just relaxing, so if you don’t drive you can still support us. There's ample free parking outside the house and if you do not drive we are only a 5 minutes walk from Great Malvern Station. We need staff to support us 24-7, so there are early shifts, late shifts, night shifts, and these are every day of the week. Some of us need help with medication, eating and drinking and continence support, and some mobility help.
