**Position**: Welding Consumables Field Sales Representative

**Department**: Sales

**Term of Employment**: Permanent - Full Time.

**Hours**:37.5 per week, Monday to Friday

**Salary**: £30,000.00 + commission structure

**Reporting to**: Commercial Manager

**Job Role**:
**Key responsibilities**:

- Develop new business sales opportunities.
- Generate your own leads
- Manage and own assigned territory.
- Report sales pipeline regularly.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Relevant Field Sales experience within the Engineering/Fabrication or motor trade (preferred)
- A genuine desire to meet and surpass targets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good administrative, organizational and time management skills
- A high level of self-motivation
- 2 years welding consumables B2B sales experience (preferred), 1 year essential

**Package on Offer**:

- Competitive salary package— Basic Salary £30,000 + commission structure
- Working pattern: Predominantly Monday to Friday between 8am to 5pm

**Location**:
Home/office based, Northeast.

**Qualifications/Skills/ Experiences**:

- Clean Driving License required.
- IT literate
- Good general school education with high Math’s and English competence
- Some Higher education desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills

**Interview Process**:
**Salary**: £30,000.00 per year
