Are you an architectural visualiser with 2+ years experience, who loves to create quality, photorealistic exterior renders?

Whether your background is in architecture or a full-time visualiser, we would love to hear from you

This position requires a natural creative who is genuinely interested in the property industry and always striving to learn more to create the best CGI renders possible. You will pay close attention to detail and love to work in a small, collaborative team on varied, fast-paced projects.

You'll focus on creating photorealistic exterior CGIs, but will also be helping us create interior renders, animations and VR.

Projects might include individual houses, small/large developments, commercial properties, gyms, retail etc

**You and your responsibilities in this role**:

- You'll have 2+ years experience and can hit the ground running.
- Able to handle the full lifecycle of a CGI project from brief to post-production.
- 3DS Max - Essential
- V-Ray - Essential
- Photoshop - Essential
- Experience in a real time render like D5, Lumion or Twinmotion - Not Essential but great
- Unreal? Not essential, but that's a bonus.
- Sketchup? Not essential but you're on fire...
- Knowledge of Forest pack and Railclone extensions would be beneficial, but not mandatory
- A very keen eye for detail and strives for perfection
- Creative skills and problem-solving aptitude - self learning skills to constantly keep up to date with new rendering updates is strongly encouraged.
- You will work under the supervision of our Creative Director to produce high quality work and will be liaising with our account team to get feedback and comments from clients on a day-to-day basis.
- Help us manage workflow between the team and any of our external freelancers for any overflow work.
- Your goal will be to create impactful, impressive CGIs that capture and inspire our clients’ imaginations and briefs

**And lastly....**
- Please note - Our studio is open Monday to Friday but we have a photo editing platform that is open on a Saturday. The role is Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm, but we would ideally need cover for 1 in 10 Saturdays. You will not be expected to work on that day but cover the phone and answer any messages from the photo editing platform which are few and far between._

**Salary**: £32,000.00 per year
