**Job Specification**

CGI Senior Artist Maternity Cover

An exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, enthusiastic team of professionals working for a well-established national provider of property marketing and surveying services.

**Main responsibilities**
- Create realistic exterior and interior architectural visualisations
- Delegate tasks and support junior members when needed
- Performing department administration duties and support to the team as required

**Specific skills & attributes needed**
- Minimum of 5 years experience of 3D visualisation software, with a working knowledge of the following: 3D Studio Max, V-Ray, Forest Pack, Rail Clone, Photoshop & Revit
- Experience creating the following to a high standard:

- Exterior CGIs
- Interior CGIs
- Photomontages
- Animations
- Basic modelling skills to be able to assist with the development of our furniture library
- A good understanding of setting up photorealistic materials
- Highly creative with a strong aptitude for both visualisation and accuracy
- Excellent phone manner, customer service focus and communication skills
- An architectural or visualisation based degree (desirable)
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn
- General business skills (use of CRM system, MS office and diary management)
- Great attention to detail with a thorough and methodical approach to tasks
- Good time management skills with ability to deliver to agreed deadlines

**Additional responsibilities**
- Oversee quality control of internal workflows and work sharing with external parties and ensure quality is met
- Provide technical support to junior staff and the team in Sri Lanka
- Assist Host Logic (IT support) with any of the 3D software technical aspects of IT issues
- Check the Revit models received from the team in Sri Lanka and provide feedback where necessary

Report to Tom Hancock (Creative Director) in all of the above.

Please note that, as we are a small business, a degree of flexibility and job sharing is required. Holiday/sickness cover will be required to the Creative Operations Department as and when needed.

**Location**: Hybrid working; based in our offices in Camberley and from home

**Hours**: 40 hours a week (8.30am - 5.30pm) Monday to Friday

**Holidays**: 25 days (plus bank holidays)
