Our client are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to work in their busy office. Your main duty will be to answer incoming calls and to telephone customers to schedule deliveries.

You will need strong IT skills as you will be required to use their bespoke IT system to arrange and coordinate the deliveries. Need someone who can input information into their IT system at the same time as speaking to customers on the phone.

You need to be comfortable talking to customers on the phone but also have a real attention to detail to ensure the work is coordinated accurately.

The client provides a wide range of equipment into people homes, including walking frames, commodes, hoists, bath lifts, chairs, beds and mattresses. It is a busy and challenging role, but rewarding as you can positively impact on a person’s quality of life at a time in their lives when they need it most.

The successful applicants must have:

- Experience in an busy office / telephone based environment
- Strong administration / IT skills

The position is for (37 hours) working from 9am until 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am until 4:30pm on Friday

You will be provided with a laptop and headset and full training will be given.

Please note that there will be a one month probationary period

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: £11.60 per hour
