**Role**: Mid Level Matchmove Artist

**Dept**: 3D

**Location**: Remote, with a Hybrid option. Our office is based in Soho, London. All applicants must be in the UK.

**Reports to**: Matchmove Supervisor
- Creation of tracked cameras, objects and characters from live action plates
- Generation of matchmove scenes
- Calculation of lens distortion as part of a camera pipeline
- Development of more complex tracking disciplines
- Help supporting junior artists in completing their tasks
- Problem solving and technical assistance
- Modelling and layout of tracking assets

**Requirements**:

- 1 - 2 years VFX industry experience in film or TV
- An interest in developing your tracking skills even further
- Experience completing complex camera and object tracking tasks
- Experience solving lenses and creating profiles from lens grids
- Experience completing BodyTracking/Rotomation tasks (preferred)
- Excellent knowledge of 3DEqualizer and how it interacts with other software
- Working knowledge of Maya and Nuke and their roles in a matchmove workflow
- An understanding of the fundamentals of photography
