Resuscitation Council UK’s (RCUK) Customer & Business Standards directorate is a new team, established to take the lead on driving forward our commitment to excellence across all of our operations, products and services. We have recently gained certification in ISO9001:2015 in Quality Management.

As we continue to develop and embed our quality management system we need structured quality assurance processes across the organisation. Gathering internal and external data we need to monitor and evaluate the services we deliver, building meaningful improvement plans, to ensure resources are targeted at continuous improvement. Key to this role will be an understanding of quality management, along with a strong background in monitoring, evaluation and audit. Highly organised with keen attention to detail, the successful applicant must be able to present data clearly and concisely, facilitating continuous improvement.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Establish processes for the consistent monitoring and evaluation of our products and services
- Establish a framework of monitoring, evaluation and audit
- Implement a programme of internal auditing in line with ISO9001:2015 requirements
- Undertake internal audits, working closely with colleagues across the organisation
- Collate, analyse and interpret data
- Develop clear and engaging staff comms around internal auditing and quality assurance
- Work with colleagues to facilitate the gathering of external audience data
- The ability to interpret external audience data and align internal monitoring and improvement plans
- Produce clear and concise reports and recommended improvement plans
- Establish an organisational-wide structure of KPI reporting
- Maintain consistently high standards of data analysis and reporting
- Work closely with our ISO9001 external auditors to ensure compliance
- Maintain high standards of documentation
- Facilitate rectification of non-conformance issues
- Develop and publish internally a cyclical timetable for internal audit, ensuring communication with and buy-in from stakeholders.

- Knowledge/Experience of monitoring and evaluation tools - D
- Working knowledge of Data Protection principles & willingness to undergo further training as required - E
- Evidence of strong data analytics skills - E
- Strong and concise report writing skills and experience - E
- Clear and concise verbal communication skills - E
- Proficient in a range of data gathering techniques and packages - E
- Demonstrable experience in implementing quality assurance programmes of work - E
- Demonstrable experience leading on monitoring and evaluation - E
- Experienced in survey design and interpretation - E
- Experience of gathering external user data - D
- Experience of designing and facilitating workshops - D
- Personal commitment to ongoing CPD - E.
