Due to transformation of our HR function and exciting company expansion plans, we are now looking for a passionate talent acquisition sourcer to join us on a 3-month contact to support our Talent Partner with end-to-end recruitment activities. You will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and recruiting the best talent to our organisation, delivering as a brand ambassador to ensure we attract and retain the best talent.

In return, we offer mentoring support from an experienced Talent Manager within an exciting, growing company.

**Your key responsibilities**:

- Assisting with talent acquisition transformation projects
- Build talent pipelines and communications for current and future hiring requirements
- Raise our profile as an employer of choice, promoting vacancies through LinkedIn and other social media platforms

**Requirements**:
**Essential**:

- Knowledge of UK employment law and best practice
- Collaborative team member

**Desirable**:

- Prior experience using Recruitment ATS
- Bachelor degree in HR, Business or related discipline

**Applicants must be able to provide evidence of their Right to Work in the UK.**

**All roles at SMS require a DBS check; SMS Environmental will cover the cost of this if you do not already hold a valid DBS certificate.**

We provide essential services to an array of domestic and commercial clients including water testing, risk assessments, air sampling and air conditioning maintenance.

Our extensive skills and expertise in infection control and systems management have given us a key opportunity to drive the design and standardisation of Water Treatment education and training used throughout the industry today. We work closely with City & Guilds, CIBSE (CPD) Accreditation Board and UKAS to create, review and enhance modern water hygiene training course contents, materials and assessments to ensure they are fit for purpose and set high standards for the whole sector to aspire to.
