Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in the hospitality industry? At The Ramsay Arms, we are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our front of house staff. Whether you have previous experience in the industry or are just starting your career, we provide comprehensive training and a supportive environment to help you thrive.

This is an opportunity to get in at the very beginning of a very exciting new project, as The Ramsay Arms is about to undergo a significant investment and refurbishment to create a stylish, modern, vibrant & quirky style of venue, housed within the charming façade of this traditional coaching inn.

As a front of house staff member, you will play a crucial role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. From the moment they enter our venue, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring an unforgettable dining experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Seat guests and assist with menu selections.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.
- Anticipate and fulfill guest needs throughout their visit.
- Ensure a clean and organized dining area.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
- Process payments and provide accurate bills.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly personality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Attention to detail and a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the UK.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.00-£12.00 per hour
