There are plenty of Leadership roles in warehouses at the moment so why should you look at this one?

With that in mind, we're looking for very much a "people manager", (25 people/operatives) to be exact) who can come in and wants to really forge a long term career in a global manufacturing organization.
What we're looking for?
Whilst we are looking for an established supervisor with manufacturing / warehouse sector experience, the personality fit is probably just as important, if not more. Yes you will have experience in inventory management, goods in/out and line feeding butwe're looking for someone that can keep their team motivated, enthusiastic and organized.
It's a role for an individual who can implement change, improve processes, put new systems in place and get the best out of an established team on the shop floor.
