Vna Operative

**Shift Pattern/ Working Hours**:4on 4off, 06:00-18:00

**The Role**: To contribute to the success of Kammac, by supporting the day-to-day running of the Warehouse.Liaising with other warehouse operatives and Supervisors to maintain a smooth flow of work throughout the shift.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for operating VNA within the Warehouse.
- Maintain a thorough and detailed knowledge of the warehousing duties, functions and requirements
- Maintain a detailed understanding of legislation and regulation affecting warehouse
- Maintaining high levels of Health & Safety at all times, reporting any incidents to the appropriate manager
- Maintaining high levels of housekeeping throughout the site at all times
- Working to KPI’s & SLA’s as identified by the customer

**Skills/Experience/Qualifications**:
**Essential experience, skills & behaviours**
- Previous experience operating a forklift (VNA)
- VNA Certificate
- Previous experience in a similar role withing a warehouse
- Able to prioritise work based on scheduling and available resources
- Able to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail
- Should have good oral and written communication skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to solve problems
- Knowledge of Warehouse Operation
- Team player who is capable of working on their own initiative
- Flexible in approach to work and shift patterns
- Willing to train and undertake relevant courses

- FLT (Counterbalance, Reach)
