**Chiropractic Clinic Receptionist**

Glasgow

£11.50 per hour

As a Chiropractic Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for all patients coming into the clinic. Main duties include meeting and greeting patients, updating patient records, answering general queries, booking appointments over the phone, and dealing with both card and cash payments. Reception work experience is preferred however full training will be provided.

This is a part time working approx 18 hours through the week.

In recognition of your exceptional customer service and dedication, we are offering plenty of opportunities for training as well as free chiropractic care for you and discounts for family members.

Required skills & experience:

- 2 Years min experience in a customer facing position
- Ability to work Monday - Friday
- Good organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both face to face and over the phone

Responsibilities will include:

- Appointment management for a private chiropractic clinic
- Providing exceptional customer service in an open plan environment
- Providing new patients with the information they will need to feel confident at their first appointment
- Working with the rest of the team to ensure a calm and well-managed practice is maintained
- Taking payments for treatments
- Discussing care and treatment plans with patients under the guidance of a Chiropractor
- Full time holiday cover for 6 weeks of the year

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a private care provider, whose priority is to deliver an exceptional standard of care to all patients, with the aim of reducing or eliminating persistent daily pain. We are looking for someone who is passionate about supporting the patient journey, and who will contribute to our central ethos.

**Salary**: £11.50 per hour
