We are excited to be working with an established and successful manufacturing and installation business based in Avonmouth, who are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their team and predominantly take responsibility for the Purchase Ledger. This rolewill report directly to the Financial Controller and will allow for exposure to other elements of accounts outside of purchase ledger.
Key Duties include:

- Processing purchase ledger invoices
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Set up new suppliers
- Credit Control
- Maintain and proactively manage schedule of key customers to monitor credit terms, credit limits and current exposure levels to include invoices and orders placed.
- Administration of petty cash
- Ad-hoc duties to support the Financial Controller

In return my client is offering a salary of £21,000 - £24,000 depending on experience plus other excellent benefits including 25 days holiday plus your Birthday off.
