Randox requires a highly motivated, independent, and proactive Quality Coordinator to join our innovative international company in a growing industry that can provide career security and genuine advancement opportunities for those who show potential. Full training will be provided with 4- and 5-day shift patterns available.

**The role**:

- Monitor and review laboratory activity for compliance to internal protocols and ISO standards
- Record and investigate any non-conformances that occur within the laboratory
- Monitor clinical documentation through Q-Pulse to ensure compliance with the quality regulatory requirements
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as requested by the RCLS Quality Manager or Head of RCLS Quality
- Assist in the monitoring of customer queries and trending of outcome of query
- Assist in internal audits and quality reviews
- Attending department quality and technical review meetings, taking minutes, and keeping notes
- Essential: _
- Qualified to degree level in biomedical sciences, biochemistry, chemistry, immunology or a life science (min 2:1).
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication.
- Computer literate.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Desirable: _
- Experience in a clinical diagnostics laboratory or ISO environment.
- Experience in quality management systems.
- Good troubleshooting skills.
