Ict Procurement Officer

**Duties Include**:

- To act as Procurement Business Partner to ICT OR ESTATES Services/categories for all expenditure within their budget responsibility.
- Create and maintain category strategies, which anticipate external factors to include regulatory, legislative and corporate social responsibility requirements.
- Attend external/ network events to maintain market-place awareness and insight into innovation and new ways of working.
- To ensure that procurement activities are accomplished in a timely manner and in accordance with regulatory requirements, and through deployment of the Procurement policies and procedures.

**Desirable Experience**:

- Either ICT OR Estates Procurement Category Management experience.
- Public Sector, end to end tendering experience.
- MCIPS or studying towards CIPS qualification.
- Excellent stakeholder management experience, and product knowledge of ICT hardware/software to show credibility with stakeholders.
