Our client is currently recruiting for a Development Chemist to join their manufacturing company in Swindon. You will deliver products from conception to production in line with customer specification.

**Responsibilities**:

- Development of coating products for the automotive industry (primers, basecoats, clearcoats etc) from formulation and in line with industry standards
- Method development and validation in accordance with customer requirements and relevant legislative requirements
- Stability testing of products
- Produce technical reports
- Provision of technical support to production
- Ensure Health & Safety and regulatory guidelines are adhered to
- Generating of new ideas and concepts

Experience Required
