**The Role and the Team**

The Head of FP&A is part of the senior finance team and will lead the delivery of FP&A across the EMEA business, working in conjunction with the business partnering and financial control teams to provide the CFO, senior management and shareholders with key reporting, analysis and insights to inform and support decision making, as well as ad hoc support on business case and financial modelling.

They will own the consolidation and preparation of the monthly financial results and reporting packs and manage the forecast, budget and 5YP process. They will also be responsible for financial systems ensuring the teams are fully supported and looking at ways to be more efficient. They will also have the dotted line responsibility for the Senior FP&A and Commercial Analyst.

**This role will be based in the London office working on exciting, award-winning brands like Sky HISTORY and Crime+Investigation.**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Financial Planning and Analysis**
- Ownership of the budget incl. timeline and resulting analysis, reports and presentations. Ensuring numbers submitted on time and accurately and managing changes throughout the budget period. Challenging as appropriate, consolidating, and putting together bridges and variance analysis to understand movements
- Ownership of forecast + 5YP process. Providing financial insight of underlying performance drivers and ensuring delivery in a timely and accurate manner
- Preparing quarterly activity analysis with commentary to aid strategic decision making
- Consolidation of forecast, budget and 5YP across EMEA regions including ensuring standardisation of reporting and presentation across all territories
- Management and maintenance of all segmentation of data and subsequent management reporting
- Produce the Finance board deck and accompanying analysis and commentary
- Providing analytical and financial support for development of business cases/scenarios and any supporting presentations
- Ad-hoc financial reporting, modelling and analysis in response to requests from the business, senior management, CFO and Commercial FD
- Ownership of allocations including modelling different methodologies and implementing them. Liaising with the business where necessary
- Maintenance and building of new Excel and BPC models

**Management Accounting and Month End Reporting**
UK- Working with management accountants to ensure accurate accounting and coding of all revenue and cost lines, and associated month end reporting incl. commentary.
- Creating the monthly P&L and balance sheet with consolidated commentary to be sent to CFO, senior management and shareholders
- Supporting the implementation and improvement of financial controls

EMEA- Consolidation of numbers from EMEA regions. Preparation of monthly reporting decks and EMEA summary reporting to senior management and shareholders
- Providing shareholders estimate of the monthly results across EMEA

**Financial Systems Support**
- Continuous training, support and problem resolution for the team around BPC reporting
- Ownership of all master data in SAP, including creation and maintenance of cost centres, profit centres, GL accounts, Deal IDs, Internal Orders, Audit trails + related hierarchies in SAP/BPC
- Monthly Power BI reporting which is updated based on business needs
- Key financial systems support within the finance team
- Working with external systems admin team to ensure resolution of issues that cannot be resolved internally
