Head of Talent Acquisition

We are delighted to be working with this fantastic progressive business to recruit Head of Talent Acquisition. Reporting to the Director of People & Culture you will be responsible for driving the recruitment strategy for the business. As part of the people team, you will be responsible for resourcing across different functions and specific projects whilst ensuring a robust recruitment strategy is in place.
Duties include:
- Designing and executing strategies to attract, assess and hire top talent in the industry.
- Resourcing planning and goal setting working closely with leaders across the sector across the organisation.
- Growing and development of the recruitment team
- Managing the executive and leadership hiring process
- Working closely with the Head of HR that external talent acquisition supports the internal talent management activities.
- Working with internal partners to support the review of the induction and onboarding process.
To be considered you will ideally be working as Head of Talent and will be looking for an opportunity to shape the TA function and take it to the next stage. This is an opportunity where you will have a lot of autonomy. Experience in the care sector would be desirable.
